Welcome to BreeD !

BreeD summarized biomolecular markers related to reproductive development under environmental factors. We focused on the effects of hazardous exposures in the environment on reproduction and early development and correlated these effects with molecular markers. By integrating the current omics research results related to exposure and reproduction, we hope to summarize the comprehensive molecular information on the interference of exposure to reproductive development, and provide a big data basis for the follow-up studies of relevant researchers. The multi-omics data analyzed in this database were all from public databases. After manual collection and screening, process analysis was conducted to retain molecular markers with statistical differences. We provide detailed annotated information from genome to function for all exposure-related molecular markers, as well as analysis results of omics data. You can browse by screening for exposure of interest, species, etc., or providing molecular information of interest.

According to the source and use of the compounds, hazardous exposures are grouped into six categories. 'environmental chemicals' means compounds which secreted or metabolites present in the environment. If you are interested in the compound related content, you can obtain this information through the ‘Exposures’ option.

We show the number of the exposure-related molecular markers between the hazardous exposures, exposure period and tissues by Sankey diagram. Different exposures -- period of exposure -- sequenced tissue were treated as a complete exposure condition. If you want to learn more about this, you can click the ‘Type’ option to start browsing.
